This spacer is used for the extra thread spacing at the shoulder end a Kel Tec Rifle after is has been threaded. If you have a 9mm or .40 cal pistol and cannot find a threaded barrel, here is your solution. We meticulously weld a section of tubing to your existing barrel, center it with a custom dowel, bore it a bit over the rifled OD, carefully weld it and thread it in 1/2x28, 9/16 x24 (.40 cal) & .578 x28 (.45 acp) We have completed this work on the following:Taurus, Springfield Armory, Beretta, Kahr, Sig Sauer and many others.
